Federal Government Child Dental Benefits Scheme

Bytes of Northcote is pleased to support the Federal governments Child Dental Benefits Scheme which commenced on the 1st January 2014, and will replace the Teen Dental Plan.

The CDBS will provide access to benefits of up to $1000 per child over a two year period for basic dental services to children aged 2-17. This means that eligible children will be able to receive dental services such as examinations, dental cleanings, fillings, root canals and other basic services. Eligible children and their families will be notified in early 2014 by the Australian Government.

Bytes of Northcote will be Bulk Billing these services so there will be no out of pocket expenses. It also Bulk Bills eligible Emergency Dental patients and Department of Veteran Affairs. Find out more by visiting the Medicare Website.
